Whistleblowers

Whistleblowing is a topic that goes straight to the heart of legal issues. It is difficult to take a decision because some instances can include matters of national security, such as the cases of Chelsea Manning or Edward Snowden, but nevertheless they show people issues that were previously unknown or reveal important information, so we believe that it should be facilitated. This is especially important in Luxembourg, as it had to face the Luxleaks case and to deal with the relevant whistleblowers….
